Wisconsin’s furriest residents are waiting to meet you at Pet Expo MKE on Saturday, February 7, 2026. The Alliance of Wisconsin Animal Rehoming Efforts (AWARE) is proud to present its 21st expo produced for pet lovers of all ages.

2026 marks 21 years!! This event is the only charitable event in Wisconsin of this magnitude which helps Wisconsin’s animals. All proceeds from ticket sales are returned to our community to help animals in shelters and rescues. The fun begins with VIP Shopping Hour from 9AM -10AM with general hours 10AM to 5PM. In the mood for kittens, bunnies, birds or a Guinea pig? A few horses? Maybe a reptile, two or fifty? Whether you’re looking to interact with hundreds of species or find your new best friend in the Parade of Rescues, Pet Expo MKE offers the best in show for family entertainment and shopping! Fun for the whole family!

With over 140,000 square feet of pet loving fun, the expo will showcase hundreds of exhibits featuring live animal entertainment on the Main and Activity Stages, specialized interactive educational areas and presentations. Visit the amazing vendors for the newest pet products and services available. Watch the canine agility stars or one of many educational presentations. Meet 100s of adoptable animals from local shelters and rescues! The Reptile Education Area is one of a kind and provides chills and thrills to those daring enough to enter and interact with snakes, spiders, lizards, and more.

Birds, Birds, Birds! - Learn about caring for birds, purchase bird supplies all from the Center for Animal Rehabilitation and Education.
Caesar’s Cancer Resource Center - Dedicated to helping families of dogs with cancer
Cat Alley - A special area for cat lovers, rescue and education.
Bark Park - A great spot for our Parade of Rescues and other presentations
Dogs with Jobs - Learn all about the jobs dogs have!
Kids Place - Activities and pet related education for kids of all ages!
Small Animal Education Station - Meet smalls and learn what it takes to be home to one of these wonderful critters
Wild in Wisconsin Wildlife Education - Meet experts in the area and learn about the wild creatures around us.

Visit the Product Showcase and Auction to see cool new vendor products and support local pets by participating in the auction. Proceeds will benefit homeless pets in Wisconsin.

ADMISSION - VIP Shopping admission is $15 (ages 13 & up) and $3 for kids (5-12), General Admission (ages 13 & up) is $12 from 10AM-3PM, Reduced General Expo Adult Admission is $6 from 3PM-5PM. FREE admission at the door for children 12 and under, and veterans with military ID from 10AM-5PM.
