PesticidePesticide is a Ghent-based metal-punk band. Formed in 2017 in the basements of Ghent, they navigate the Belgian underground waters. In these turbulent times, Pesticide seizes the moment to consciously put several current themes on the map: anti-racism, anti-colonialism, gentrification, and anti-militarism are all explored. No stone remains unturned. Pesticide draws inspiration from pitch-black anarchism, social struggle, and the DIY movement. Melodical riffs, energetic drums, and dark guitars blend various styles. Verval is a six piece band originating from Leuven. They deliver raw, ominous death/black metal, interspersed with dark crust and post-rock steeped in false hope. With lyrics about personal decline and the demise of their own surroundings, Verval delivers a painful message buried in an uncompromising wall of sound.

The Brussels-based band draws from contemporary acts in post-rock and doom metal, but also noise rock, hardcore and progressive music. It transforms these influences by injecting walloping arrangements, impactful contrasts, destabilizing rhythms and crushing noise into the canvas. Often described as filmic, atmospheric and reflective, AUFHEBUNG takes you on a drive past the scenic and the not-so-scenic route of the psyche.
