Peruvian Supper Club: Ceviche & Salmon Dinner

Hello foodies, we are back!

Come fight off the cold weather blues with the bright flavours of Peru.

This time, we are hosted by the classic District Café & Bakery in the heart of downtown.

You can book your seating reservation here. The full value of the dinner per person is $110.

Your reservation ticket goes towards this cost and is non-refundable, but seats are transferable. After dinner you will be charged for the remainder of $90 per person.

The four-course menu:

Note: Your dinner will be served one course at a time.

Starter:

Pan tostado

• Toasted spanish bread served with a traditional vinagreta.

Course 1:

Causa de camarones

• Chopped and cured cooked prawns layered overtop a mild yellow chilli (ají amarillo) infused potato dough ball. Topped with more yellow chilli and purple olive sauce and light garnish.

Course 2:

Salmon tiradito

• Fresh king salmon sliced sashimi style. Topped with fried wontons, fruit pulp, and drizzled with a soy and sesame oil sauce. Light garnish with cilantro, fresno chilli, and black sesame seeds.

Course 3:

Ceviche mixto

• Chopped and cured white fish and prawn. Served with cancha corn, peruvian white corn, and sweet potatoes. Topped with leche de tigre.

Course 4 (Dessert):

Lucuma mousse

• A native Andean fruit mousse topped with meringue and chocolate shavings.

Beverages (add-on):

White wine, red wine, Pisco Sour, Chilcano, pop and non-alcoholic versions of the featured cocktails are also available.

Please arrive early, the dinner begins at 6:30pm.
