This course will be conducted in two parts: an online theory module and a face-to-face practical taping session.
Prior to attending the course, you will have access to the online theory module. This can be completed up to one month before your scheduled face to face course.
Online:
• An introduction to kinesiology taping
• How it works
• Principles of application
• Research overview
The face-to-face component will then be conducted over 4.5 hours from 9 am – 1:30 pm. This part of the course will be entirely practical:
• Regional taping - individual muscles and joints
• Oedema taping
• Taping to cue posture/position
