- While a violent storm cuts a small town off from the outside world, Mia, a victim of domestic abuse, seeks refuge in the home of the reclusive Bela. Within the apparent safety of his house, the two engage in an intimate conversation about fear, pain, death, and the lives they never got to live. But as increasingly ominous radio broadcasts report on a female serial killer and a mysterious beast roaming the area, the line between reality and delusion begins to blur.
