At Elise Marie DeSigns, we understand that life happens - especially during the winter months. In the event of illness, emergencies, or inclement weather, we are happy to offer a class credit for a future workshop of your choice. Please note:

• Class credits will only be issued if you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the class.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for credit.
• We require a minimum of 3 participants per class otherwise the class will be subject to cancellation.
• All payments are final, and we do not offer refunds. This policy ensures flexibility for you while allowing us to continue offering creative and engaging workshops.
