Personality Types Workshop for Self-Development

Do you want to learn more about navigating life and the people in it? In this 3 hour workshop with Psychologist Gail Donnan, you will learn the background of the 16 Myers -Briggs personality types, delve deeper into your own personality type to understand our differences, foibles and frustrations, relieve anxiety, conflict, differences and gain greater self-awareness. In a diverse world of people, we find ourselves continually challenged with others’ differences in perspectives, communication styles, beliefs, feelings and nervous systems. If we want to understand ourselves better and build relationships with people, this workshop allows us to look at our uniqueness as our strength, our style as useful and our peceptions as assests. The aim is to create a strong foundation on which to pursue our goals.

Understanding our weakest cognitive stack for self-development
