Personal Safety Workshop – Wise Women at The Nook

Wise Women are delivering a FREE Personal Safety Workshop at The Nook, Glasgow.

These sessions provide practical tools, discussion, and techniques to support personal safety while building confidence and self‑esteem in a supportive environment.

Our courses are open to women of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities.

• How to identify, avoid, and escape potentially dangerous situations
• Using simple techniques and shock tactics to improve personal safety
• Discussions and practical exercises designed to boost confidence and self‑esteem

This workshop runs as a series of weekly sessions.
Each session must be booked separately via Eventbrite.

You are welcome to attend individual sessions; however, we encourage booking all dates if you’d like to attend the full course.
