This is an in-person course delivered over a 9-week period. The structure of the course is a weekly session for a duration of 3 hours per class. In total, 27 hours of teaching and learning to equip you with effective tools and strategies to deal with daily life, challenges and improving overall performance. We will also be applying research and theories with proven track records of achieving success and finding your calm.
