It's been a long time since we were in the DC/VA area! We miss you and are happy to return with the brand new edition of our songbook! We will gather in community and sing for a couple hours, after which we will share food and community by the fire under the stars (before it's too cold!!!) Singing activates the vagus nerve, which create emotional regulation, a sense of connection and well being. That’s why humans have been gathering to sing together since before we could speak. Join us for another evening of singing healing songs from our medicine songbook! We will be celebrating the spring, and melting our spirits into one current of love and gratitude!What to bring:
