Perry Park - Free Open Sports Day

Perry Park’s Free Open Sports Day is back for 2026! We’re excited to welcome everyone from the local community on Sunday 12 April, 10am–2:00pm.

Join us for a variety of free sports activities and casual sessions, including basketball, pickleball, netball, volleyball, badminton and football. Try as many activities as you like for a chance to win prizes (prizes subject to availability). All activities are open to all abilities, why not make a day of it with family and friends?

We’ll also be offering free gelato from 11am–2pm.

Reservations are not required; however, please register your interest by grabbing a free ticket so we can track attendance and ensure you receive updates.

All equipment will be provided for all activities.

Please note: No injury insurance is provided. Participants play at their own risk.

If the event appears “sold out,” it means we expect to reach our estimated capacity. No spots are reserved, and the centre remains open to everyone. We will do our best to include as many attendees as possible on the day.
