Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the Event is cancelled.
PERREOLAND TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing or using a ticket for Perreoland (the “Event”), the purchaser and ticket holder acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
All Sales Final
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided herein or where required by applicable law.
Rain or Shine
Perreoland is a rain or shine event. Weather conditions alone shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
Event Changes
The Event Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Event at any time, including but not limited to changes in:
Date
Time
Venue
Artist lineup
Performance schedule
Event programming
Attractions
Amenities
Capacity
Seating or viewing areas
Such changes shall not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Safety Policy
The safety of our guests, artists, staff, vendors, and the public is our highest priority.
The Event Organizer may, at its sole discretion and in consultation with venue management, emergency personnel, law enforcement, fire officials, weather professionals, or other public safety authorities, delay, suspend, evacuate, postpone, relocate, modify, or reschedule the Event if weather conditions, public safety concerns, security risks, government directives, or any other circumstance could reasonably affect the safety of attendees or the successful operation of the Event.
Any such action shall be deemed necessary for public safety and shall not constitute grounds for a refund solely because the Event has been delayed, interrupted, evacuated, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If the Event is postponed or rescheduled for any reason, all tickets shall automatically remain valid for the new date.
No action is required by the ticket holder.
A postponement or rescheduling of the Event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, exchange, or credit, unless the Event Organizer elects, in its sole discretion, to offer one or unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date due to personal scheduling conflicts, travel arrangements, lodging expenses, employment obligations, illness, childcare responsibilities, or any other personal circumstance, such inability to attend shall not create an obligation for the Event Organizer to issue a refund.
Cancellation
If the Event is permanently canceled and not rescheduled, any refund, if offered, shall be administered solely by the Event Organizer or its authorized ticketing provider in accordance with applicable law and the applicable ticketing platform’s procedures.
Force Majeure
The Event Organizer shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, postponement, modification, relocation, or cancellation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Lightning
Flooding
Fire
Natural disasters
Public health emergencies
Government orders
Labor disputes
Utility failures
Acts of terrorism
Civil disturbances
Venue conditions
Artist illness or inability to perform
Transportation disruptions
Any other force majeure event.
Limitation of Liability
The Event Organizer shall not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages or expenses incurred by ticket holders, including but not limited to:
Travel expenses
Hotel accommodations
Parking
Meals
Childcare
Lost wages
Transportation costs
Other related expenses
arising out of or relating to any postponement, rescheduling, modification, interruption, evacuation, relocation, or cancellation of the Event.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket, each ticket holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
