Join us for an immersive wellness experience designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your breath, and return to your center.

Permission to Pause is a safe space to slow down and take a breath.

Through gentle, mindful movement, guided meditation, and the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, you’ll be invited to tune inward and offer yourself the gift of intentional rest.

This experience is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply in need of a moment to exhale.

No prior experience is necessary—just come as you are and let the practice support you.
