Give yourself space to breathe, soften, and let your body settle.
This class blends gentle guided breathwork with the calming sounds of singing bowls to help you release stress, relax your body, and feel more grounded.
We’ll focus on creating a sense of safety in the body, softening tension around the heart, and giving yourself permission to simply receive.
You do not need any experience with breathwork, meditation, or sound baths.
This is a beginner-friendly space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and take a real pause from everything you’ve been carrying.
This experience blends somatic breathwork and sound healing to help your body feel safe enough to soften. The breath helps you arrive, release tension, and open the heart. The sound bath supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, and integration.
Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
