In the midst of busy schedules, caring for others, and meeting life's endless demands, many women become disconnected from their bodies. We learn to push through, numb our feelings, and place ourselves last. Over time, we stop noticing the simple moments of pleasure that bring us back to ourselves.
Permission to Feel is an intimate women's workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and awaken your senses in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space.
Through guided breathwork, sensory exploration, education, reflection, and meaningful conversation, you'll discover how the five senses can become a pathway back to presence, peace, and pleasure.
Together, we'll explore:
• Guided breathwork and body awareness
• The connection between your nervous system and your ability to experience pleasure
• Awakening the five senses through touch, scent, taste, sound, and sight
• Reflection and journaling practices
• Gentle tools to cultivate more peace, presence, and joy in your everyday life
This workshop is educational, experiential, and designed for women of all backgrounds. No prior experience is necessary.
