🌱 Permaculture for People & Place - New Workshop at Mangaroa Farms. Led by our resident permaculture enthusiast Halina Horn, experience a hands-on learning journey for the whole whānau. Come get your hands in the soil, explore the garden, and grow over a 4 week course alongside your tamariki 🌻Together, we’ll learn to care for land, food, and each other. We’ll achieve this through learning about permaculture systems, composting, water wisdom, nature play, and storytelling.
This event is friendly for kids and adults alike - a great opportunity to get family connection over earth-based practices going.
HOW IT WORKS:

👦 For families, educators, grandparents, & curious growers (ages 5+)

This is the first of many permaculture education seasonal offerings designed to re-root us in the rhythms of nature.
The second block course in November will cover key themes in seeds, soil, spring growth, plant communities and more... so come along to continue the learning journey.
