BEER SPOTLIGHTS:

Twisted Sister IPA

We were brewing her sister Kali and somehow the brewday took a twisted turn along the way. Let’s just call it a happy hoppy accident.

Shagbark Old English Ale

We foraged shagbark (Hickory bark) and toasted it slowly until the smell of toasted marshmallow wafts through the air. Then, we add that to an old English ale brewed with an abundance of molasses.

Grammy’s House Cream Ale

Pfeffernusse, sometimes known as Peppernuts, is a cookie our family has made the weekend after Thanksgiving and now, we make a beer with it, too! Cinnamon, nutmeg, white pepper, almonds and vanilla. It’ll remind you of walking into Grammy’s kitchen during the holidays.

PVB Christmas Ale

Our Limited Release Christmas Ale brewed with Orange, Ginger, and Honey. Fermented with vanilla bean, cinnamon and nutmeg. Definitely delicious, definitely a sipper

Come out to Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery and enjoy some Friday evening live music! Jamie Stem will be playing acoustic from 6-9PM. We will have Meat Wagon BBQ Food Truck on site from 5-8pm if you want to grab a bite to eat to enjoy with your wine!
