Empowered menstrual education for preteens and parents! Come learn with Julia of Wise Gal Period mentor about the menstrual cycle, what to expect, and connect with your community in a fun and engaging way that will support your preteen as they make their way to adolescence. This workshop is intended for kiddos 9-12 and their parents/caregivers.
Your child could be approaching her period or have already had their first period-all are welcome.
Included is Workbook, take home gift bag, and beautiful cycle tracking beaded bracelet crafting activity during class.
