Join us for a menstruation celebration!
Registered Nurse, Kim Clenord will talk to us about periods, what is puberty, female anatomy relevant to periods, this is what a period is and why it happens, normal symptoms, not normal symptoms, ways to manage symptoms, and the different types of menstrual products available. Then we’ll make an emergency kit for backpacks or lockers!
This program is open to tweens/teens with or without caregiver.
