Perimenopause Yoga and Aromatherapy Workshop.Join us on a journey to learn more about essential oils and physical harmony during pre and menopause. Hormones are messengers that have many effects on our bodily systems. They are the part of our endocrine system communicating brain, glands and organs.
It helps with growth and development, maintain the Homeostasis-internal balance, regulate reproductive system and also response to stress. During the workshop we will be explaining the major hormones in woman’s life and approaching to balance them from yin and yang perspective. There will be movement, breathing practices, yin postures and anti-stress techniques.
We will use aromatherapy during the practice and where you may get more information to integrate in your life. Understanding the important functions of our hormones, reacting with intelligence to our lifestyle, we can learn to make choices that will support us through every stage of our womanhood.
