Pure Pilates is partnering with Erin Attaway, Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, to offer this workshop for perimenopausal women. Erin will be speaking on the benefits of Pilates during this stage of life. This workshop will be a combination of Pilates and Barre workouts that help support muscle tone, metabolism, bone density, and energy levels. There will be limited spaces available!
