About this Event

Perimenopause: Portal to Power

You know something is shifting. Sleep feels less predictable. Energy moves differently. There's a sense that your body is using a new system you haven't received the upgrade for - and beneath the surface, something deeper is asking to be acknowledged.

As women, we often spend our early adulthood striving to excel in our home and work-life, only to find ourselves at this transitional time feeling lost, depleted and misguided. Further, Perimenopause is often culturally framed as a time of loss, depletion, or decline. In Perimenopause: Portal to Power, we invite you to see it differently - as a pivotal transition that, when understood and supported, can unlock greater clarity, resilience, and alignment.

What you can expect:

The Science
Dr. Sarah will share the physiology of midlife hormones alongside practical strategies for optimizing health, energy, and performance. We'll look at how hormonal shifts intersect with stress, sleep, nutrition, and workplace demands - and how to navigate this stage with intention rather than reaction.

The Deeper Work
Research increasingly supports the use of hormone replacement therapy and other physiological interventions during this transition. What remains largely unaddressed is the initiatory nature of this passage. Perimenopause is not solely a medical event - it is also a threshold, one that invites evolution on psychological and spiritual levels.

Dr. Alexandra will speak to the soul-level recalibration embedded within this biological shift. Without cultural ceremony or language for this rite of passage, many women resist the very transformation that could liberate them. When we engage this transition as both physiological and initiatory, we access deeper reserves of wisdom, clarity, and power.

This seminar includes an experiential component designed to support you in meeting the woman on the other side of this threshold - so you leave with an embodied sense of what becomes possible when you navigate change with clarity and courage rather than resistance.

Who This Is For
Women aged 35+ navigating perimenopause who want both medical clarity and a framework for the deeper transformation this stage initiates.

Co-hosted by clinicians working at the intersection of medicine, somatics, and depth work, this session is grounded, evidence-informed, and relevant to the complexity of modern life.

THIS WILL BE A SMALL GROUP TO ALLOW FOR PERSONAL QUESTIONS AND REFLECTIONS

Perimenopause is not an ending. It is a portal. Join us to activate your power.
