A warm, welcoming, conversational group for women navigating the many physical, emotional, relational, and identity changes that can come with perimenopause and menopause.
We’ll have some guided topics and conversation starters each month, but the group itself will be very open and participant-driven.
Come once, come occasionally, or join for all six — there’s no commitment to attend the entire series.
