Peri Menopause and Menopause X Sound Bath Event

Join us on Saturday, 13th June, for an afternoon dedicated to connection, education, and deep restorative healing. This event is designed to support you through the transition of perimenopause and menopause, providing both the tools to navigate the change and the space to truly let go.
The Schedule
4:30pm – 5:45pm: Settle In, Sip, Goodie Bags & Speak
We begin the afternoon by settling in with a calming drink, opening our goodie bags and a chance to chat. Christianna will then lead an insightful and supportive talk on nutrition mainly on perimenopause and menopause. Whether you are right in the thick of it or just starting to notice changes, this is a safe space to gain clarity, ask questions, and feel empowered.
We will then have a 10-minute interlude to stretch, refresh your drink, and prepare your nest for the second half of the afternoon.
5:45pm – 6:45pm: Infrared Sound Bath with Sukheev
To close the session, Sukheev will lead a deeply immersive Sound Bath. Under the gentle, therapeutic Red Light, which helps soothe cell rejuvenation and promotes better sleep. You will be bathed in healing frequencies. This is your time to quiet the mind and let the vibrations of the bowls wash away any tension.
This session offers a unique blend of community support and nervous system regulation, leaving you feeling informed, heard, and profoundly relaxed.
