In honour of International Women's Day, join us for an afternoon for YOU. Relax in a wellness environment, indulge in snacks & drinks, and get to know some ways to support your body and mental health through all the fun changes Being a Woman entails!
Bring a blanket or a yoga mat, grab a tasty snack, recline in the cozy fitness & wellness space surrounded by serene treed beauty at The Yard, and listen to Kate Notwell, "The Weightless Nutritionist". Kate talks about how to use food, movement and lifestyle to support hormone balance, gut health, liver function, mental health, stress and more, particularly during your perimenopause years.
