Performing Under Pressure: A Performance & Perfectionism Group

This group welcomes individuals ages 13-21 who feel overwhelmed by the pressure to perform. Sports, academics, auditions or the constant need to "get it right" can be anxiety provoking and debilitating at times. It is an 8 week group that focuses on gaining tools to find balance beyond achievement, develop ways to challenge perfectionistic thinking and and explore high pressure situations. Guidelines and logistics will be reviewed during first session.
