Based on the classic book by Roald Dahl, this musical follows the extraordinary Matilda Wormwood. Though she’s little, Matilda uses her intellect, imagination and telekinetic powers to fight injustice at home and school. The cast is filled with eccentric characters including the sweet Miss Honey, the villainous Miss Trunchbull, and Matilda’s equally clever classmates.Every camper will be cast in this defiant, rocking musical. Campers will spend the majority of their camp days in rehearsals learning choreography, blocking, and music for performances at the Bangor Opera House on July 24th, 25th & 26th. Camp will be held at the Bangor Opera House and 84 Harlow Street in Downtown Bangor.
