Beer and cheese are one of those pairings that make complete sense once you sit down with them. Rich, salty, creamy, sharp, nutty, hoppy, malty, fresh — the combinations can be brilliant, surprising and very good fun.
Join us at Flynn’s for a relaxed guided tasting exploring how different beer styles work with different cheeses. We’ll talk through what makes a pairing work, where the contrasts are, where the flavours meet, and how to build a board you’d actually want to serve at home.
Across the evening, you’ll taste a selection of beers alongside a carefully chosen line-up of cheeses, with bread and deli accompaniments from the shelves to bring it all together. Expect good produce, useful tasting notes, and plenty of conversation around the table.
