The holidays run on an impossible standard: the perfect gift, the perfect table, the perfect year-end numbers, and a woman who makes all of it look effortless. For women, November and December are when the pressure at home and the pressure at work land in the same week, and perfectionism stops being a strength and starts costing you sleep, margin, and joy. This panel brings together five Minnesota women who have built demanding, seasonal businesses and learned, sometimes the hard way, where "good enough" is the better call.

Doors open at 6:00 for open networking, and each panelist hosts her own table with food, drinks, sweets, and swag to sample as you make the rounds.
