This 5 week program helps young volleyball players improve their service and service reception. These 2 volleyball skills are fundamental for volleyball at every level since every rally starts with them, and much of the outcome of that rally depends on the execution of the first touch.
The importance of serve and receiving can not be overstated. A difficult service challenges the opponents receivers and often prevents them from producing a potent attack. And visa versa, being able to produce great service passes, tremendously increases the odds to win the point. The successful execution of these two skills determine which players coaches select at tryouts and who gets more court time. And ultimately these two skills determine the outcome of most games.
Ideal for starting Rep volleyball players currently playing on a U13, U14 or U15 team and Grade 9/10 Highschool team players.
