A wonderful short course to introduce you to the joy of piping glorious buttercream cupcakes!
What we will cover:
- How to make the perfect cupcakes: we'll discuss the key tips and tricks for making a flat and perfect top on your cupcakes to create a perfect canvas for decorating.
- The perfect buttercream recipe for lovely smooth piping and decorating.
- How to pipe different styles and techniques using three different piping nozzles.
- How to work with buttercream and colour to achieve beautiful mixed colour piping.
You'll have lots of time and encouragement to practise your new skills and will then 'go live' on nine cupcakes to perfect your technique.
You'll take home a beautiful box of nine gorgeous cupcakes and a newfound skill that you'll be delighted to show off!
All the equipment, tools and edible materials you need will be provided for you to use during the class.
