This September, the evening features a three-course menu that moves from a caramelized beet agnolotti with Gorgonzola dolce, hazelnut, and brown butter, into a savory cannoli filled with white bean, local corn, fire-roasted peppers, and vine-ripe tomato concassé, before finishing with Little Brook Farm osso bucco served over cacio e pepe polenta. Each course is thoughtfully paired with selections from Piccini's celebrated Italian portfolio - from crisp Pinot Grigio and sparkling Prosecco to the iconic Chianti Orange Fiasco and a rich Brunello di Montalcino.
