Register by calling 505-585-4188 or visit https://www.forestbathingfinder.com/gui.../riverwisetherapy/ The Perea Nature Trail is about 35 minutes drive from the Albuquerque area and is managed by the Bureau of Land Management. This will be a very slow, mindful walk along an "easy" rated loop trail along desert washes and seasonal marsh with juniper forest and high desert trees and shrubs. Talia will guide participants in a series of "invitations" designed to help people relax, connect with the senses, and enhance their relationships with the land and beings. Tea and snack provided at the end of the walk. Recommended for ages 10 and up. Further location/directions information provided upon registration
