About this Event
Take time out for yourself and enjoy a deeply calming two-hour wellness session designed to help you slow down, release tension, and truly unwind.
The session will include gentle, seated movement to ease tightness in the body, followed by soothing breathwork and relaxing yoga to calm the mind. Youβll then be guided into a peaceful sound bath, allowing you to fully rest and reset whilst relaxing sounds wash over you.
We are partnering with Jasmine Yoga, an exclusive coastal yoga destination where all bodies, ages, and people are valued. Jasmine Yoga offers a safe, calm, and welcoming space, allowing you to fully relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life.
After the session, enjoy homemade tea and cake in a relaxed, welcoming space, a chance to reflect, recharge, and simply be present.
This session is suitable for all abilities, with no prior experience needed. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
As an added bonus to your relaxation all money made will go directly to The Percy Hedley Foundation.
