Join your Chief Exercise Officer, Gigi Ferrante, for a networkout class with TheFIRM on Sunday, August 24th at 10 am.Networkout: a new take on modern movement, where making connections happens mid-squat pulse and the group chats start during the post-class champagne toast. TheFIRM’s 45-minute signature sculpt class uses resistance bands, low-impact movement and cardio bursts to make you feel stronger, more grounded and ready for whatever you have to tackle next – from a morning meeting to the TSA line that stands between you and your first class ticket to tan lines.
Class Itinerary:
9:40 am – 10:00 am: Doors open to Percheron, located on the rooftop at Crossroads Hotel (2101 Central St, Kansas City, MO 64108)
10:00 am – 10:45 am: TheFIRM signature pilates-inspired sculpt class led by founder and Kansas City local, Gigi Ferrante. Potential appearances by Drake and Taylor Swift (via playlist). Closing arguments include a eucalyptus cold-towel and yoga-inspired cool down.
10:45 am – 11:30 am: Post-class social hour. Sip on champagne provided by Percheron, take in the views, or head down to XR for lunch with your new mat bestie. Use this time to connect, follow each other on Instagram and bond over how sore your abs are – sorry in advance when it hurts to laugh.
What to wear + bring: Your favorite workout set (all-black attire encouraged but not mandatory) – p.s. Don’t forget your mat!
What you’ll leave with: sore quads, new friends and a boost of vitamin D – dare I say tan lines?
