Pepper Ranch Preserve Native Sunflower Viewing 2025

• Reservations required on the following days: Wednesday October 8th (sunset viewing only), Friday October 10th, Saturday October 11th, and Sunday October 12th. Only 1 ticket needed per vehicle. Please limit 1 ticket per customer.

• No registration required on self guided viewing days: Wednesday October 8th -Thursday October 9th, 9am-2pm. Last Entry at 2pm.

• PLEASE NOTE: Only ONE ticket is required per vehicle regardless of the number of passengers.

• Please expect muddy conditions. Low profile vehicles are not recommended.

Sunflower viewing entries are timed - reservations are required ahead of time and access for vehicles will be permitted only during the times listed on your ticket. Bathrooms are available at the visitor center and port-o-potties will be placed at the viewing fields. No food or drink will be available at the preserve - please plan ahead to bring your own and pack out any trash.

As you travel to the sunflower fields, spot deer, turkey, hawks, sandhill cranes and members of the resident cattle herd that call Pepper Ranch Preserve home.

You may bring bikes to view the sunflower blooms as well. (off-road or mountain bikes only - no motorized, road bikes or training wheels)

Acres and acres of this Collier County Conservation Collier nature preserve are transformed into a sea of gold each October as the native wildflowers known as Southeastern Sunflowers reach full bloom. Visitors will travel along an unpaved wildlife drive through the preserve to reach the access points for viewing the best fields with blooms. Guests will have the opportunity to park and photograph the blooms alongside the drive and also take part in an optional 2-mile roundtrip hike to the best field only accessible on foot. This is a free event.

Pepper Ranch Preserve will be open for regular visitation and public use the first weekend in November- June. It will be open every Friday and non-hunt Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am-4:00pm.
