Who: Girls 12-14 & a trusted adult
When: June 2nd 5:30-7:30pm
Where: Girls Inc. of Washington County
(A virtual option is also available if you cannot attend in person)
What to expect:
Join us for an engaging and supportive evening where trained medical students virtually lead interactive discussions designed to educate, empower, and reduce stigma around menstrual health.
Girls and adults will meet in separate spaces during the PEP Rally to encourage comfort, openness, and honest conversation.
Topics covered:
- Female reproductive anatomy
- Understanding the menstrual cycle
- What's normal, and when to ask questions
- Period product options and safe use
- Debunking common myths and misinformation
- Accessing local, trusted resources for menstrual health
Why Attend?
Build knowledge, confidence, and communication skills while creating a foundation for healthy conversations about important topics.
Additional Highlights:
- Dinner will be provided 5:30-6:00
- Activities designed to strengthen communication between girls and their trusted adults
- A safe and supportive, and judgement-free environment
