Those attending should park in the Luthy Botanical Garden parking lot. Turn off Prospect at the orange house to access the parking lot.
TIMES
5:45 pm: Check-in/Cocktails/Free viewing of the Africa! exhibit
6:30 pm: Dinner
7:30 pm: Awards Ceremony
For those 21 and older, to celebrate summer and the month of June, the cash bar will serve a signature strawberry lemonade cocktail.

Adult Non-members (age 16+): $55
Youth Non-members (under the age of 16): $45

RESERVATION DEADINE/SEATING
Friday, June 5 at 4:00 pm. Later that evening, we will post the link to the seating chart. Important: When filling out the seating chart, we ask that you please fill in the name of every person who will be sitting at your table. First make sure everyone has paid for a reservation. We cannot reserve a seat for anyone who has not paid.
To save some space, the venue may combine tables if there are only 1 or 2 patrons at a table or tables. However, they will notify us prior to the Normies, and we will email a copy of the seating chart to everyone who has made a reservation. If you have made a reservation for others in your name and with your email, we ask you to please forward the seating chart to the other members in your party.
