A chance to act out and practice assertive behaviours in a held, light way which you may not be able to practice out in day to day life. 🌟💎🌟
As I value the power of play this will be an opportunity to play out the assertive archetype into the world to be witnessed and received!
I'm sharing practical techniques that can help you soften the habit of people-pleasing tendencies.
We will be exercising the "assertive muscle" by using our voices to say ‘No’ and finding ways to say what we do want.
The outcome is that you will feel empowered in your daily interactions, experience physical uplift, and take pride in how you handle situations differently.

* Embodied "Yoni No" technique for asserting yourself
* Becoming aware of boundaries
* Body posture and alignment for confidence and assurance
* Recognizing and addressing habitual "yes" responses
* Effective sentence structures for expressing your true desires
* Role-playing assertive scenarios, including being "mean" or straightforward and direct.
* Identifying people-pleasing patterns and practicing alternative responses
* Embodied assertiveness exercises
