We are returning to Oad Street Food & Crafts for an extra special half-day retreat.
Ready for feel-good movement, a dreamy brunch, and getting creative?
Slow down, re-set and move in to the festive season.
What’s in store:
10am - 10.10am Welcome and make yourself comfortable.
10.10am - 11.10am A chilled-out yoga session to some holiday tunes, suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
11.10am - 12pm A seriously tasty, festive themed grazing table brunch serving up freshly baked cinnamon buns, natural Greek yoghurt with granola and fresh fruit & salmon and cream cheese open bagels. Plus unlimited hot drinks.
12pm - 2pm Whilst sipping on your mulled wine, let Nel guide you through our Luxury Wreath Workshop. Choose from a gorgeous selection of fresh flowers and foliage, velvet ribbons and beautiful extras to create your luxury wreath.

Grab your Christmas loving besties, or just your fabulous self – and enjoy a morning of self-care before the chaos of Christmastime begins!
No previous flower or yoga experience necessary - come with an open heart and open mind and be ready to enjoy a day of bliss.

FAQ

Can I get there any earlier?
Oad Street is open from 9am - You're welcome to explore the gift shop or grab a pre-yoga coffee. We'll open the space for our event from 10am.

What should I wear?
Wear clothing you can comfortably move in - sportswear is perfect! Christmas jumpers are more than welcome.

Can I come on my own?
Absolutely - these events can be a wonderful way to meet new people. Everyone is welcome!
