Join us for a morning of movement, flowers, wellness & connection high above Manhattan.

We’ll start with a feel-good yoga flow led by Riva surrounded by breathtaking NYC views in the Penthouse space at the Hotel on Rivington.

After class we’ll unwind with refreshments, a healthy snack station, ‘make your own bouquet’ flower bar, and other wellness goodies like mini Chiropractic sessions (with your choice of Adjustment, Stretching, Myofascial Release, Cupping, or Taping) as we connect with like-minded members of our wellness community.
