This Pentecost Break, we invite you on a journey through Central Europe and the Balkans — from the vibrant streets of Zagreb to the serene beauty of Lake Bled, the romantic charm of Ljubljana, and the breathtaking wonder of Plitvice Lakes National Park 🌿✨.
Your adventure begins at Lake Bled, Slovenia’s iconic gem. Picture a peaceful lake with a small island at its center, a medieval castle perched on a cliff, and the majestic Alps surrounding it. Stroll along the lake, dip your feet into the crystal-clear waters, or row your boat to the island to explore the charming church ⛵🏔️.
From there, we head to Zagreb, where history and modern life blend seamlessly. Wander through the old town and the Kaptol neighborhood, marvel at the towering cathedral, and explore the museums showcasing Croatia’s art and history. Don’t forget to taste a Licitars, the traditional gingerbread hearts that are as beautiful as they are delicious ❤️. In the evening, the fun continues with an optional Pub Crawl, giving you a chance to dance, make friends, and celebrate the start of your journey 🕺🎶.
On the following day, nature takes center stage at Plitvice Lakes National Park 🌊🍃. This UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for its turquoise lakes, cascading waterfalls, and wooden walkways.
