Co-sponsored by Truphae and the Converse University Low Residency MFA and BFA in Creative Writing, and led by author and BFA program director Rick Mulkey, you will explore the roots of holiday memories, ponder the stories we tell ourselves about this time of year, and write your holiday experience for the year ahead.
The workshop will invite you to look outwardly at the sensory experiences of the holidays while reflecting and recalling moments, stories, and images from your most memorable holidays. These reflections can become creative fertile ground for memoir, poetry, journaling, and more. The workshop is designed for writers of all experience levels.
