WELCOME to our TWICE MONTHLY evening dance offering.
Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:30pm we gather for a movement workshop, followed by an hour and a half ecstatic dance at 7:00pm to feel, express, and release anything that is needing to be celebrated and transformed in our lives.
After moving together in community the music will soften, inviting us to settle our bodies prepare to receive a sound bath for 30 minutes, offering a time of personal grounding and integration of each of our experiences.
Then, we gather in a short closing circle and send one another off in gratitude until we connect together again.

Our facilitators commit to upholding and supporting an environment of respect, care, and welcoming at our movement events.
And, we acknowledge that it is also up to all of us, our participants and community to support in co-creating an environment that reflects these values.
:: BY ATTENDING OUR EVENT YOU AGREE TO ::
* Employ you spacial awareness skills, being mindful of where your body is in space and in relation to others. Creating a physically safe environment on the dance floor.
* Leave your shoes and the urge to talk at the door. The dance floor is now your invitation to practice new ways of communicating.
* Practice presence, this is a phone free space. Let's take the opportunity to tune in with what our bodies want to say.
* Practice embodying consent. Utilize your presence and awareness to listen for a gestural or verbal YES while also respecting the same with a NO.
(Please feel free to use your words, such as, "no or no thank you"
if you are not interested in engaging in movement with another)
* Welcome yourself and others with Non-Judgement!
This is your space, your time to experiment with your body and how it moves, your time to explore your emotions and how you feel.

:: FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION ::
Our pricing is structured as a sliding scale. It is our hope that this system can allow for you as attendees to pay what you can, while also giving the opportunity for the work of the artists to be supported as well.
$12 to $20 - SCHOLARSHIP - This offering covers the cost of the rental of our beautiful space. Thank you for you contribution!
$20 to $30 - RECIPROCITY - This offering covers the cost of the rental of our beautiful space and begins to pay the artists for their efforts and creativity. Thank you for your contribution!
$30 and up - ABUNDANT - This offering allows for the rental of our space to be covered, our artists paid, and provides funding towards making future events even more wonderful. Thank you for your contribution!
- GIFT - If you would like to make a donation so that someone can attend dance who is in need of financial support please let us know via email or in person.
- NEED - If you are unable or hesitant to come for financial reasons please feel free to reach out via email or talk with Gabrielle and we will work something out.
We are committed to doing our best to welcome and offer as much access to dance as we can to our community.
