The Penguin Project of McLean County is a special theater group for kids and young adults with developmental disabilities and our next show is coming up June 4th-7th! Come experience a heartwarming celebration of the human spirit with a group of special actors performing along with their peer mentors as they present Addams Family - Adaptive Edition!Showtimes:

General Admission tickets available at the door and online at penguinprojectmclean.org.
Tickets also available in advance through Penguin Project members and at the door. $10 for adults, $5 for youth (up to high school)

This show is presented by the Penguin Project of McLean County - By creating unrestricted access to the performing arts, The Penguin Project® McLean County demonstrates that the special challenges of a disability need not handicap a person’s ability to participate in life’s many experiences. Addams Family is their 16th heartwarming production - in their 17th year in Bloomington Normal. Our penguins may not be able to fly but that does not prevent their spirits from soaring!
THE ADDAMS FAMILY, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and a dilemma that’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family—a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before—keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.
