About this Event
Whether you're a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, this event is all about having fun and connecting with nature.
What to Expect:
Each participant will receive a 2B pencil (you're welcome to bring other materials) and a handmade recycled sketchbook, featuring 16 pages embedded with wildflower seeds. After the event, you can plant these pages to grow your very own wildflowers, or maybe even do a bit guerilla gardening!
The challenge of the workshop is to fill your 16 page sketchbook in an hour and a half, with drawings inspired by the beautiful surroundings as we make our way around the ponds. Let your creativity flourish as you capture the essence of Broomfield Park’s flora. At 12:30 we will reconvene, exchange sketchbooks and discuss our creations and thoughts.
