Our next Pencak Silat seminar is Saturday, October11th, 11a to 1p. This month's training focus will demonstrate ‘25 Locks’. What is that, you ask… Join us and find out!Pencak Silat is an Indonesian, full-body, fighting form combining strikes, kicks, grappling, and throwing. In this seminar you will get an introduction to basic techniques and principles and you will begin to recognize the underlying advantages and disadvantages of the motion rather than memorizing specific techniques.
Wear something comfortable. Knowing how to fall is not required but it helps. Workshop is open to all skill and experience levels. Suggested for adults and mature youth. Wear something comfortable, bring a bottle of water. $40 per person. Our next session with be November 15th.
