Fancy trying something different? Join our free writing workshop for Scarborough men. Whether you've never picked up a pen or write all the time, you'll learn easy ways to use writing to feel better. No pressure, no reading out loud unless you want to. Just good company, fun activities and the chance to meet some good people and leave feeling a bit lighter.
BIG STRONG MAN
This event is part of our BIG STRONG MAN project - a community-led men’s mental health programme delivered across Scarborough and Selby. The workshops explore themes of men’s mental health, loneliness and suicide prevention through meaningful engagement activity: celebrating the area, signposting participants to support services, teaching them creative ways to manage their mental wellbeing and campaigning for social change.
