Run as many or little legs as you wish.
Raising awareness for MND & remembering the Seamer Fox.
We would love as many people as possible to come along and raise awareness for Motor Neurone Disease visiting some of Paul Hunters favourite spots along the way.
Runners are welcome to join at any point and run as many KMs as they wish.
Leg 1 - Oasis cafe - The Spa
Leg 2 - The Spa to Cayton Bay
Leg 3- Cayton Bay to the Filey beach
Leg 4- Filey to the fox hounds Flixton.
Leg 5- The fox hounds to Seamer church
Leg 6- seamer church to whykem Lakes
Leg 7- whykem lakes to mere raincliffe woods
Leg 8- The mere to Oasis
7:30 am meet at Oasis Cafe
Run to start at 8am.
Garmin link will be available for tracking to keep everyone up to date on predicted timings & regular updates shared too.
