• 50 Mile Ultra | Porthgain to Dale | ⛰ 2,850m ascent
A punchy and scenic course with thrilling climbs and jaw-dropping views at every turn.
• 50K Ultra | St Davids to Dale | ⛰ 1,850m ascent
A fast and beautiful ultra — get your coastal fix and make it back in time for the afterparty!
• 22 Mile Trail Race | Newgale to Dale | ⛰ 1,150m ascent

All races finish at our stunning cliff-top HQ at Dale Hill Farm Campsite, the heart of the weekend. With camping for runners and families, food vendors, hot showers, and access to secluded beaches — it’s more than a race, it’s a full coastal running escape.
